Editing a vision document and a set of strategic recommendations for Romanian higher education

The project Quality and Leadership for Romanian Higher Education (QLHE), undertaken between November 2008 and October 2011 by UEFISCDI, aims at the participative elaboration of a vision on Romanian higher education in 2025, which is meant to serve as a reference point for the elaboration of policies at the university level and the strategic positioning of universities. This vision is created by consent of the main stakeholders from the university system and business environment, hence representing a legitimate tool for contributing to an improved financial and strategic management of universities.
